WARNING: This video deals with issues of rape and abuse, which might be disturbing to some people. I really tried to make it as least graphic as I could while still doing Lisbeth justice, as all those awful things that are done to her are also essential to her character. 01/20/10For: Vidders' Love Contest Couple: John/Cameron Show: Terminator - The Sarah Connor Chronicles Song: "Shattered" Artist: Trading Yesterday This is my first John/Cameron mv! I always loved this scene because this was the moment I realized that Cameron really does love John after all - and he realizes it too. I know, I know, she's a robot, but seriously. Tell me that isnt love! This is pretty much from John's POV - him sort of struggling with the decision of whether to kill Cameron or not. He's torn between protecting mankind or saving her, and remembering everything they've been through together - Though I used both flashbacks and flashforwards to show their whole relationship better, from beginning to end. Voice-overs: Cameron: "I'm a machine - I can't be happy." Sarah: "They don't feel anything. They don't know love." John: "She's different...She saved my life.... I need her." To me, this scene is about a lot of things - Childhood and innocence, life and death, and especially love. There are some scenes from Columbine and Virginia Tech in here, not because I was trying to make it about that, but just because that's what came to my mind when I was watching this scene.
